What Is Cardio Karaticise?

A true Martial arts aerobics. Based upon a soft style Martial Art. Non-impact. Karaticise utilizes the softer flowing motions of Shou' Shu, a form of Kung Fu.
Most Martial Arts aerobics programs are based upon The harder Japanese based Systems. These systems incorporate a lot of jarring type motion. Motion that can be detrimental to the joints and tendons in the body.
